At Ochuma, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Return & Refund Policy explains when and how you can return items and receive a refund or exchange. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms below.
Return Window
You may request a return within [3] days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions below.
Conditions for Return
WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS AS THIS IS A SPECIAL EVENT WORLD CUP PROMOTION.ONLY EXCHANGE WILL BE POSSIBLE FOR SIZES AND DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unused, unworn, and in the same condition in which you received them;

In their original packaging, with all tags, labels, and accessories intact;

Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or invoice).
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Items marked "non-returnable".

Products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery;
How to Initiate a Return

Email us at info@ochuma.com within the return window with your order number and the reason for return. Include photos if the item is damaged or defective.

Our team will review your request and, if approved, share return instructions and the return address.

Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it as instructed.
Please do not ship any item back before receiving confirmation from us.
Return Shipping Costs

For returns due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will bear the return shipping cost.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within [3 DAYS ] of delivery with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund at no additional cost to you.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges for [size variants or defective items ONLY] subject to stock availability. To request an exchange, follow the same process described under "How to Initiate a Return."
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved returns will be processed only for exchanges. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer/UPI to the account details you provide. (Include only if COD is offered.)

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, except where the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or wrong item).
Order Cancellation

You may cancel an order before it has been dispatched by contacting us at info@ochuma.com. If payment has been made, the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, but it may be eligible for return as per this policy.
Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or other applicable consumer protection laws in India.
