Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Ochuma. This Shipping Policy explains how and when we process and deliver your orders. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within [1–2] business days of order confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • Orders placed after [business cut-off time, e.g., 2:00 PM IST] or on weekends/holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

  • You will receive an email or SMS confirmation once your order is placed, and a tracking notification once it ships.

Shipping Destinations

  • We currently ship across India.

  • No international shipping

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if any, are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery location and order value.

  • Free shipping is available on all prepaid orders

  • If Cash on Delivery RS 150/- will be added at checkout

Delivery timelines are estimates from the date of dispatch and may vary by location:

Delivery timelines are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors outside our control, including courier delays, weather, regional restrictions, or peak-season volumes.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS. You can use it to track your shipment on our courier partner's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to become active.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, re-shipping charges may apply.

Failed Delivery and Returns to Origin (RTO)

If a delivery attempt fails due to non-availability of the recipient, refusal to accept, or an unreachable address, the courier may make additional attempts before returning the parcel to us. For prepaid orders returned to origin, we will process a refund after deducting any applicable shipping charges. 

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your shipment arrives damaged, or if a package is lost in transit, please contact us within [48 hours] of delivery (or expected delivery) at info@ochuma.com with your order number and supporting photos where applicable. We will investigate with the courier and work towards a resolution.
