Exchange Eligibility

• Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
  
• Products must be: unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.

Non-Exchangeable Items

• Minor color variation due to lighting/screens

Product photos
Reason for exchange

1. Our team will verify the request.
   
2. Once approved, exchange instructions will be shared.
   

Shipping

• Customers may need to bear return shipping charges unless the issue is from our side.
  
• Replacement dispatch will be processed after product verification.
